By court judgement made on the 12th May 1998 the Hamburg District Court (LG) decided that by providing a link
that one may well be also responsible for the contents of the linked page. According to the District Court of Hamburg

to pages in the Internet whose content and updating do not fall within the sphere of influence of GERSYS. For all
