Conducted emission 9 kHz to 30 MHz
(according to EN 55011 and EN 55022)
Emission (H- and E fields) from 30 MHz to 18 GHz
(according to EN 55011)
Interference immunity
ESD, surge and burst (according to EN 61000, 4-2; 4-4)
irradiation 80 MHz to 3 GHz,
field strengths up to 30 V/m
(according to EN 61000, 4-3)
Climate simulation
Cold down to -40° C, dry heat up to +70° C
Technically possible testing interval: -70° C to +180°C
Relative humidity: 5 % to 98 %
Tests to IEC 68
Shock/vibration
Sinus testing (search for point of resonance, IEC 68-2-6)
Shock testing, vibration (Noise, IEC 61637)
End-product test in the burn-in
Every single customer product undergoes
a fully documented 26-hour-long test cycle
before being delivered

Testing is necessary for finished products –
but for our premium quality it is not enough by far.

That is why we have an elaborate testing laboratory, recognised by vehicle manufacturers – it enables us to guarantee high quality in all the decisive process steps involved in construction.
